"The first thing to notice in my room was the handwritten postcard welcoming to the hotel, it was a beautiful surprise! The staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice to have buffet breakfast that varied each day. The hotel is located centrally to the old town, so it's very easy to walk to museums, theaters, parks, and the main attractions. Only thing I would add in the rooms is a full body mirror."

Evening and nights desk clerks do not speak or understand English . Very challenging!
Limited amount of towels for your room.
Turkish Airlines delayed my luggage for one night. I asked the front desk for some shave cream he gave me a mini squeeze bottle, figured it would be complementary. WRONG! Next day I was charged $3.85. I was not told I had to buy it! You have to pay for your room stay ahead of time ..what??
Always ask if the pools are open.
