The room need upgrade. It was cold , no tea or Coffe Maker. The bar was close so you need too walk outside for the restaurant. Also small window, artificial light all the time and dirty room. The view is amazing and the Castle very nice . But need a lot of upgrades.

I have been staying at this hotel twice now and every time I have been impressed with the cleaningness of the room, the professionalism of the staff and by the fact that the hotel is close to all amenities in the city center.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, including looking up bus schedules for us. Our room was much nicer than expected and the bed was very comfortable.
