"Great hotel, great location, great amenities Only issue was the ritz Carlton driver on the way to the airport tried overcharging by an extra 500 lira even though it was a fixed fair. He backed down after some argument but not a nice look on the ritz Carlton to allow this type of behaviour "

"Room was very spacious, and ultra clean! A/C worked well, and it was very easy to maintain a perfect room temperature. Never met a staff member who wasn't smiling. Morning breakfast buffet was an abundance of riches! (I won't dare tell how much weight I gained!) Highly recommend this hotel."

"We had a room with a small terrace opening to the pool, which was still in the process of being opened. Staff generally were helpful and attentive, with the exception of the lobby bar where it was always a struggle to get someone to serve. Housekeeping and room service were excellent"

The alley where this hotel is in is a little out dated but it has nothing to do with this Hotel and their staff. Actually they are so good that you totally forget about these weak point. Totally I'd recomend this hotel if you deserve respect. "
