The room where clean and quiet. The only thing is that the WiFi codes only want to work in the lobby. The signal goes out when you get to your room.

Te hacen firmar una especie de pagaré mencionando el costo de cada objeto, no tuve ningún problema con ello, pues somos cuidadosas y respetuosas, pero al ver los blancos de la recamara una toalla estaba rota, los edredones manchados y uno bastante desgarrado, está bien que te hagan firmar pero primero que te demuestren que te están entregando todo en optimas condiciones.Yo tomé fotos al recibir y le mostré a la recepción inmediatamente.

Habitación pequeña pero con todas las comodidades, lo único malo es que el desagüe de la regadera no tiene canastilla por lo cuál llega a apestar, además que no tiene tan buena ventilación. El desayuno estuvo bueno aunque algo tardado.

Reservamos dos cuartos. La comodidad de camas y almohadas estaba decente, y el agua caliente salía pero en uno, la regadera estaba averiada y no se podía regular la temperatura del agua. Salió extremadamente caliente sin posibilidad de enfriarla. El área de la alberxa estaba linda y se estaba a gusto. El desayuno incluido son un plato de sandía, huevos revueltos, chilaquiles (de los totopos duros) y frijoles refritos pero estaba rico. Una de las cafeteras saca café tibio y no hay opciones de endulzantes, además de que se tardaron mucho tiempo en entregar los platos para ese desayuno sencillo…

Las habitaciones están en condiciones poco favorables, no hay toalla para manos en los baños, los baños se ven percudidos y con moho, los accesorios de las tazas de baño no adecuados de manera que resultan inservibles. El personal femenino que nos recibió por la noche en recepción estaba de pésimo humor, negándose incluso a otorgarnos toallas para alberca cuando aún podíamos úsala durante 1 hora. Lo único q nos gustó fue el trato de la chica q nos atendió en el restaurante. Desgraciadamente no volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí.

Excelente atención, estuvimos 6 noches en 2 habitaciones por cuestiones laborales, la verdad super bien atendidos, las habitaciones muy cómodas, en recepción los 3 turnos muy amables, llegábamos de madrugada algunos días por el trabajo y muy atentos, hasta con una cafetera puesta para los huéspedes, no se si en todas las habitaciones pero en las habitaciones 407, 408 y 409 incluso tienen parrilla de inducción funcionales al 100% y fregadero. Si Dios nos lo permite, regresaremos prontamente pero ya en plan de vacaciones.
