"At the check in I was informed that aircon was broken and won’t be fixed - no apologies, no complementary offers- Nothing. Reception staff not great. Breakfast fresh but repetitive. Kitchen staff very nice. Pool area opened from 11:00 and only 10 sun beds ( most of which extremely uncomfortable) ..."

Occidental Las Canteras
"The hotel is in good condition and the reception is good. The room needs more storage space or shelves for luggage or belongings. The bathrooms lack of hooks or towel racks, and there's no place to dry clothes as we are near the beach. The breakfast is very acceptable."
