Could not get WiFi for my computer in the room, had to go down to the reception to use it.
The bathroom is poorly designed; No bathtub, and the shower water spills all over the floor. No basket for the soap in the shower. Not a single hook to hang the used towels or any other thing"
"Primero que nada nos anularon el desayuno que venia con el paquete que compramos, el bidé del baño se movia para todos lados y perdia agua por la cual se llenaba el baño de la misma, luego llego una persona con un taladro a la 1:30 de la noche (sin exagerar) se puso a taladrar afuera de la habitacion, sin exepcion el peor hotel que existe."
"Beautiful building, friendly staff, an excellent onsite restaurant where we had dinner and my mom had food delivered to her room twice. We had two rooms. Both were comfortable and well equipped. Good WiFi. I stayed in an upstairs room 3 with my son and daughter. The beds were comfortable but the there is no closet, which was an inconvenience as we weee there for an event had needed to hang up our dresses. Breakfast is very good and staff is very helpful."
