"Great location and place. There is one washer and dryer on the top floor and takes coins but no where to get coins and no signage indicating how many coins so we ended up spending $25 USD to do laundry a block away. "

"Not sure how this property is rated 4 stars. The building needs maintenance. The rooftop terrace looks rundown with broken awnings and dirty furniture. There is a single elevator in service in a 13-story building that is shared by staff and guests. The other elevators are broken. Rooms on Libertador Avenue are very noisy. Earplugs are required for sleeping. On the bright side, the staff is very attentive."
