It was exactly what we needed for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. It wasnt posh, hugh class and glamourous. It was functional and did what we wanted it to do. The location is great, the place is very pretty, the hotel rooms are good, the pools are great and the beach is awesome.

Overall good, just don’t expect a lie in!

Hotel and bar staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Property itself was very peaceful for the most part and not crowded. The apartment was big enough for 2 people. The only downside is the cleaners started at 8:30am each morning so you could hear a huge amount of noise from early hours, even with noise cancelling headphones! Constant furniture moving, slamming doors and dragging carts around. They came in and woke us us up for the last two mornings. On the final morning, check out was 11am but the cleaners came in at 8:30am so I asked them to come back later after check out. They then came again at 9:10am and told them again to please come back after check out. I’m not sure why they don’t come later in the morning after people have gotten ready, had breakfast and gone out for the day, around 10am maybe, especially considering we were self-catering. Overall though the experience was nice, a great selection of drinks at the bar and a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere other than the disturbed sleep. The phone in the room also did not work at they got my name wrong so I couldn’t log into the wifi but minor issues.

Good location and great swimming pools, perfect for families. Pillows were a little uncomfortable and the cleaning (toilet) not perfect when we arrived. The rest of the days were ok. Great access to the beach.

Staff really rude. Shouted at us more than 5 times over food, service & telling us we couldnt sit in certsin places. Had to move rooms as room smelly mouldy very dirty . Cleaners dont clean. Food cold and flies all over food at night. Rude restaurant manager & staff. Not a good place ruined our holiday.

Tres bon séjour

Trés bon emplacement et les chambres sont bien faites. La vue est top et les prestations sont correctes. Il y a du stationnement et de la place en restauration. Le seul point faible reste l'insolation phonique entre les chambres, nous entendions facilement l'enfant voisin crier mais on n'entend pas non plus les conversations etc. Le personnel est tres sympa et les personnes passant pour l'entretien des chambres sont top.

Un resort en general nada recomendables

Las instalaciones del hotel están en unas condiciones bastante lamentables, sencillamente la sensación es como si en el resort no se hubiesen hecho tareas de mantenimiento y conservación desde el día en que se inauguró el complejo. Las habitaciones, colchones, cocina, baños, mobiliario están en unas condiciones nada acorde al precio de la estancia. En las fotos no se aprecia el estado del resort. En el comedor del desayuno, el suelo parece que no se ha fregado en años, esta lleno de grasa por todos lados, los platos están la gran mayoría sucios, la bollería es congelada y la preparan a diario y la gran mayoría están crudos porque no los han tenido el tiempo suficiente y el resto sigue la misma línea. Las piscinas y jardines del complejo están también en condiciones inaceptables. Lo único resañable es el acceso directo a una de las calas de la isla, el servicio de limpieza diario de las habitaciones y las actividades del equipo de animación.

Posizione eccellente a pochi passi dal mare e a soli 5 minuti in auto da Ciutadella. La struttura e bella e funzionale, dotata di tre piscine e palestra. Gli appartamenti sono comodi, anche se necessiterebbero di un ammodernamento. Pulizia piuttosto buona. Piacevole sorpresa in camera per il compleanno della mia compagna con un aperitivo offerto dall'hotel. Buona offerta di cibo al ristorante buffet, unica pecca, se vogliamo, alcune opzioni senza glutine (pane, cereali etc.) da richiedere ad ogni pasto.

A localização do Hotel é excelente, tem uma praia maravilhosa nos fundos, de onde se vê um pôr do sol lindo! A instalação é simples, mas atende! Tem várias piscinas, mas não usamos pois c praias tão lindas na ilha, pra nós não fez sentido usar piscina. O café da manhã é bem farto, não tem estacionamento, mas a rua é muito tranquila, foi fácil de estacionar tds os dias. Ponto negativo, foi o fato de termos que aguardar após o horário cerca de 3 horas, pq o qto não estava pronto.

Es sind Kleinigkeiten damit sich ein Gast wohl fühlen kann, in dieser Anlage fehlen sie leider. Viele Stellen müssten renoviert werden, aber auch die Lieblosigkeit in den Zimmern sagt einiges. Kaputter Tisch und flackerndes Licht auf dem Balkon. Keine Batterien in der Fernbedienung und der Fernseher überhaupt nicht angeschlossen... Wir waren für 4 Nächte da, dafür war es okay. Bad und Bett waren sauber. Aber um da einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen, fehlt die Liebe zum Detail.

Alojamiento deficiente. Mi experiencia en este alojamiento dejó mucho que desear. A pesar de que la ubicación es sin duda su punto más destacado, no puedo pasar por alto las numerosas deficiencias que encontré durante mi estancia. En un primer vistazo, el exterior del alojamiento parece estar bien cuidado, pero lamentablemente, el interior no refleja la misma atención. Las instalaciones muestran signos evidentes de envejecimiento, lo que afecta negativamente a la experiencia general del huésped. La cocina, en particular, es un aspecto que necesitaría una mejora significativa. Es pequeña, desordenada y, lo que es peor, se encontraba en un estado de limpieza deficiente. La cubertería que encontré estaba claramente sucia, lo que me hizo cuestionar la higiene general del lugar y si se había realizado una limpieza adecuada después de la estancia de los huéspedes anteriores. Además, me di cuenta de que el baño había sido remodelado de manera apresurada y poco profesional, lo que resultaba evidente en los detalles de la obra. Esta falta de atención al detalle en la renovación disminuyó aún más la impresión general del alojamiento. Otra preocupación importante fueron las paredes del dormitorio, que claramente necesitaban una nueva capa de pintura, ya que estaban sucias, y NO quiero pensar en lo peor. Espero que estas observaciones puedan servir para mejorar la calidad del alojamiento en el futuro y proporcionar a los huéspedes una experiencia más agradable.

De nombreux points forts pour cet hôtel : serviettes, draps, gel douche, shampooing, savon, sèche-cheveux, nécessaire de cuisine fournis, ménage quotidien, climatisation dans l’appartement, supérette, places gratuites dans la rue toujours dispo même en plein mois d’août, bus à 2min à pied pour le centre de Ciutadella (accessible en 10min), très grande piscine, plusieurs petites. Quelques points points faibles : wifi catastrophique dans notre appartement. Bruit et foule insupportable aux heures de pointes du repas du soir, y aller dès l’ouverture du self sinon calvaire. Réception commune avec l’hôtel Palace Blanco, Caleta Playa n’est pas indiqué donc on a tourné un moment avant de rentrer demander ..

Appartamenti piuttosto datato ma spazioso. Pilizia guirnaliera piuttosto scarsa. Personale dell hotel insufficiente. Les extérieurs sont plutôt sympathique mais l'appartement vraiment bof. La cuisine et la salle de bain me répugne par leurs vétustés. Les meubles de la cuisine en mauvais état ne donne pas envie de cuisiner, l'aspect n'est pas hygiénique.Il y a très peu d'ustensiles. Le plafond de la salle de bain remplis de moisissures et des cheveux des clients précédents dans la douche et sur les sols. Les femmes de ménage sont visiblement peu nombreuses et toujours les memes...
