"We visited for one night during Coachella weekend, so there was definitely a “Coachella tax,” but the property still felt calm, well-managed, and upscale. "Mold all over the bathroom walls and ceiling and “other” stains on the lower portions of the walls. Also, when requesting for a late check out, we were told that we have to ask in the morning because the decision maker wasn’t there in the middle of the day, the day prior to departure. Then when we called the following morning to request it, instead of saying something like, “that is possible, and there’s a fee” she literally said, “it’s going to cost you.” Weird! it turns out that it’s only...

"We did have roaches in our room. They didn’t refill the conditioner in the restroom. We never got our room cleaned. Stains on the carpet."
