"Beautiful property. We stayed in the Capitol Suite, which was very nice, clean, spacious and comfortable. The room was surprisingly quiet and peaceful, almost couldn't hear anything outside with the balcony door closed, which was nice. The balcony is large and very private feeling, with an incredible view of the city. Bathroom fixtures are a little tricky to figure out, even with posted instructions but was eventually able to fill and enjoy the oversized soaking tub and marble shower. I had no issues at all during my stay "

"I was assigned room 1400 which had 2 showers. The walking shower didn’t drain when I used it and upon informing the hotel staff that it would be corrected, it wasn’t. Also, there was oil leaking out the the hydraulic box on the back of the door to the room. I informed the hotel staff about that as well and they let me know that it would be fixed. Although the oil was wiped from the door, the door didn’t open up all the way therefore we had to sort of squeeze our way in and out of the room. I also thought that I would receive a room with a balcony but alas, I didn’t. The bed was nice and the room was spacious. The breakfast was good and the restaurant staff was courteous."

"The property definitely has “Titanic” vibes. On check in the front desk clerk was less than thrilled to be there.when I got to our room it was large and nice. But then I noticed the curtains were hanging off the rod which made the room look trashy. I tried to climb on a chair to fix myself and did temporarily until I opened the curtains again."
