"This is an obviously well run hotel with first impressions catered for. The staff are all pleasant and welcoming and the room well laid out with plenty of room to breathe. The air conditioning worked well and more importantly was quiet in its operation. Close to the main station and just a short walk to town. The breakfast was excellent with a very good choice of hot and cold food. The evening meal, though expensive, was excellent and a good portion was given. All in all an excellent place to stay."
"Stayed for 2 nights. Recommend the hotel. Staff are exceptional. The sea is literally across the road, unfortunately our lovely room was at the back, so no sea view, but didn't spoil our stay. Would definitely go back."
"Room temperature was obscene 27 degrees and we couldnt turn it down advised reception who advsised us it would be resolved for when we got back to the hotel to sleep , my god it was so so hot we paid for late checkout but we couldnt sleep so left early morning - appaled"
"We love this hotel, have been a few times but this wasn’t the best experience. We arrived and the pool heating was down, travel with me and my daughter and that’s the main reason we love the hotel which made it almost unusable. Then used the restaurant which was busier than normal, large roudy crowd and we were first ignored then essentially rushed out, only given 3 as when I have stayed before it had been brilliant."
