"First off, I appeciate the amentities as they add something extra to your stay. The 24 hour coffee machine, hot water or flat/sparkling water are a nice touch. "Pool broken, the room is wasn’t that clean. Found wrappers in the couch and fake eyelashes on the floor right before you enter the bathroom. And the worst part is the pigeons that hangout in the parking and sit on your vehicle and poo all over it. Oh and the continental breakfast isn’t the best. Offered juice Box, small packaged muffin, a yogurt, a pre packaged egg mcmuffin that wasn’t refrigerated and make your own instant coffee. "

"I understand check in time is 3 pm. I was early and was told at 2pm that my room was not available yet. I had to wait to 3:38 for my room to be cleaned and ready for occupancy. The hotel was only at 25% capacity for the night. I watched other guests check in and given their keys.
