"The entire hotel is run right down, hallway carpets torn and wore out, rooms look like they have garage sale furniture in them, they supposed to have new beds but they are as hard as ever… the rooms and halls and elevators need a total overhaul.. the elevators where a bit scary.. it sounded like they were going to leave you stranded and lots of sqeaks .. no hand soap in any of the rooms and when we called down for some they said they don’t supply hand soap only shower gel??!!!! They leave one remote for the tv but that only works for Chanel’s, if you want to run the smart part of the tv you need to call the front again and ask for the other remote, then wait 25minutes for them to bring them up.. This used to be my favorite little getaway because they have the beautiful “L Spa” there, as well as the “Jax restaurant” which is amazing too.. but we won’t be staying there again unless they clean up their act and start doing some upkeep"
