"Overall, it was a very good experience. Good value for the cost. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment. It was definitely dated but was comfortable. The breakfast was fine, but got a little redundant over six days. Location is incredibly convenient. I would definitely recommend staying here as long as you’re not looking for a high-end experience."

"The front staff check in needs to be more professional. There was some confusion with my bill and I was respectfully asking for explanation on the breakdown. Greg jumped in and was very rude and confrontational. Besides this poor experience the hotel was nice and what I thought for the price. "

"Check in was ok , I was checking in with my medical service dog and did email documentation to front staff person ( Cynthia ) . She was ok, could have provided a bit more customer service but perhaps she was at the end of shift . All the other staff people were very kind , helpful and nice . This hotel is dated , rooms ok, but need updates . The dacore is ok . The carpet is ok. The furniture really drab and the pull out couch is awful . I did not use but it looks like something from a garage sale . However , the bed was comfortable and black out shades worked . It was quiet and breakfast was fine ( had some fresh stuff ( eggs , fruit ) . But no plain yogurt . It was free so no major complaints . Lisa( working at breakfast buffet ) was very helpful and a joy to deal with . I made the mistake of not booking the newer Hampton inn (south Naples ) . It’s newer , modern and more Amendies "

"Strongly suggest the shuttle it takes you out to a secluded beach area!! The hotel, in my opinion is perfectly located. Close to shops, restaurants, and walking trails. Vanderbilt Beach area is close by car but far enough away if you’d rather not deal with the congestion. "
