"I had seen online where other travelers had booked a room expecting to be able to use a pool and a hot tub. I called the motel directly and was assured that the pool and hot tub was in perfect working order. When I arrived several days later to check in the pool and the hot tub was out of order. The guy at the desk recognized me as the one who had called. I told him we were going to need to cancel because we wanted the pool and hot tub. He said no problem. I will take care of everything. That was six days ago. My card was charged for a room that was never checked into and I have yet to see a refund. Buyer beware."

It was very good with the exception of our wings were literally cold. The morning breakfast was hot and offered four different warm options along with cooked oatmeal and waffles We will stay again."
