"Rooms serviced daily, however not always swept or mopped. General site spotless staff worked tirelessly to clean up or restock after guests. Lovely grounds . Pools beach always well maintained lots of places to relax and take in the ambiance. Activity team always very engaging. My 1 wish would be the access for wheelchair users or people supporting a wheelchair user. To be make less hazardous two ramps to enter the lobby area. From the road to the pavement needs to be leveled off and the ramp to access the building needs to have some sort of guard at the end. It is more noticeable the steep angle when using the ramp to leave the building. General accessibility is good."

"Excellent service from staff, nothing was too much for them to do. Clean room everyday throughout our stay. Amazing beach view from our room. The staff at breakfast remembering what you had for breakfast. Our experience with as 10/10, we had the opportunity to visit the other 2 resort that was also amazing. Can’t wait for 2027 for another sandals adventure. Facilities are amazing. Everywhere clean and well kept."

"We have been several times, however this was our first time back in 7 years and found that overall the resort had not changed. We are not foodies but did find the quality has slipped in the buffet as well the staff were less attentive. Not a big deal first world problems most will say. We enjoy brand but believe they need to improve the quality of food and alcoholic drinks."

"Beautiful facility great food lots of pools and free entertainment and activities we will definitely be back! Part was being renovated so excited to see the new restaurants. We got massages at the spa and it was great but no actual spa or hot tub or sauna. Not sure if that will be part of the renovation. Lovely property and beautiful beaches"

"Everything was very clean. Everyone was happy and polite. The friendliest staff I've ever seen on vacation. No gossip between employees means they're truly happy. Very refreshing. We'll be back for sure!!!"

"A budget hotel that has nice views of the ocean. If you looking for somewhere that has a view then this is perfect. The property could be updated. I believe if they just change the tiling and apply some paint with minor art work and murals that place would be perfect. For now tho if you are on a budget then this is the place."
