"The bathroom had damages. The walls were scratched and had holes in the paint. The shower floor was very slippery and I was afraid I was going to fall. The bathroom floor was also slippery when wet. The step into the room from the outside was too high and I actually fell, which required the fire service to come and help me get up."

"The hotel room was not like the pictures and described. With the suite we reserved, we expected a separate room for the king which is not available, which I paid extra for. Also we were charged an additional $5.00 because of the company who owns the hotel(IGA) calls it a destination fee. The room was clean and pool was nice. Left too early to try breakfast."

"The rooms are updated, cute and very comfortable. I loved the soft linens and bedding! If you like to walk, this location is great for a beautiful stroll to town for meals and shopping. (I recommend that you take E Front Ave. behind the property, to stay off of the busy road.) "Asked the guy at the desk for a pack and play for my little, I got the paperwork signed everything and went upstairs. My husband put it up and realized it was all completely broken and our son couldn’t sleep in that. He took it back and explained what was wrong with it and said it was not safe for any child to sleep in and the guy said that it was all they had at the moment and he had other things to do so my husband would have to wait. Definitely not the experience we wanted to deal with."

"Great location, right on Centennial trail with lovely river views. Easy walk to nearby restaurants. 2 miles from downtown beaches and Sherman St. The buffet breakfast was nice and the gym and pool were fabulous."

Right from the moment we arrived the front desk person was exceptional and made sure throughout our stay that we had everything we needed. The hotel decided to cancel our reservation in the morning of our arriving due to some cc pre authorization issue without any attempt whatsoever of contacting us. "A beautiful property with staff members that you can tell really take pride in the guest experience. We had wonderful conversations with the staff who gave us great recommendations for things to do and check out in the area. Restaurant was also fantastic - the salmon chowder was truly the best soup I’ve ever had. We hope to be back again someday soon."
