"Hot tub was empty and filthy. The pool room was dirty. There was a blood spot about the size of a half dollar on the bed skirt. Not a very nice place but worked when nothing else was available"

Was asked for room number, then told I had to pay $26 for items that only added up to $19 on their posted menu. When I pointed to the statement printed on the menu that indicates every paying guest gets a complimentary entree, I was told that it only applied to some guests, since some pay more for their rooms...

"Had no working ac and had to deal with the makeshift maintenance guy that was tweaking on meth (literally watched him whip out a meth pipe in the lobby and light it up) to come in and tap on the ac unit and give up. There was a little bit of a discount for the inconvenience but when we asked about changing rooms we were told it would be an additional $50 because we had dogs. Unfortunately everyone else was booked for the weekend so we just suffered with the room we had."

"This was a great place to stay for convenience of getting to Lamar Valley before sunrise, which was the reason we picked it. The community is adorable and friendly, and we saw a moose just outside of town. The property was pretty much as I expected. Dated but sufficient. Comfortable bed. Do note that there is ZERO cell reception in this entire town/area, wifi is limited, and the altitude is quite high, so just be prepared to be ok with those things if you plan to stay.
