"I liked that there was chicken sausage links on the breakfast buffet instead of pork on the breakfast bar. They were tasty. I also liked that there was a variety of foods- bagels, breads, fruit/yogurt, oatmeal, eggs, waffles, and cereals so that a lot of different types of eaters could be served."

"The room was very clean, but the parking lot was extremely full, and there was almost no space to park. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem friendly or welcoming. After driving for 20 hours, I asked if there was any possibility of checking in early. I completely understand that the rooms were still being cleaned, but the way the situation was communicated felt rude and lacking in courtesy. A more polite and respectful response would have been appreciated."

"We had to wait too much at the airport for the shuttle which belonged to a nearby hotel. We needed the shuttle at 4 AM to return to the airport, which then was the hotel’s shuttle, but we were offered a snack for breakfast when we checked in the night before, and there was no one in the morning to give us anything. The area was awful."

After the second phone call, they sent an employee to knock on my door. When I opened the door, the employee could not speak English and shoved a toilet plunger at me. When I asked if she could come in and work on the toilet, she thrust the plunger at me again and made a grunting sound. I took the plunger and had to fix the...

"Nice large room there were a few spots on the headboard, but otherwise clean. Very convenient to the area."
