"Wonderful stay pool sauana gym all included staff couldn't help enough clean tidy freindly,g Food spectacular very reasonably priced,can park small fee, or use Uber as a little way outta main coty center,beds very comfortable, will recommend to all freinds"

"Staff are lovely and welcoming. Room was clean when we arrived and breakfast buffet had a good choice and was replenished regularly. Watch out for the option to not have your room serviced some days. We opted for this as it was a short stay and didn't realise that it meant not even the bins were emptied. Staying with a baby, we were glad not to have been staying any longer! I'm sure they would have emptied the bins if we'd asked though, the staff really were ever so helpful."

"This is a wonderful hotel with great service, really comfortable rooms - and the fact that you can access the thermal baths is the icing on the cake! Just a few minutes from the station and the main shopping and tourist areas, the hotel is really well situated yet feels like an oasis of calm. The one minor downside was that the restaurant wasn't open on a Monday, but there were plenty of dinner options nearby. It is one of our favourite places to stay in Bath and we would highly recommend it."
