"Really enjoyed our stay, lovely quirky building, Sue and Gary were fabulous hosts who made a lovely breakfast."

"The property was nice inside but the room we had was in the old part wasn’t very clean a lot of dust furniture tatty curtains hanging off the rail water stains on ceiling paint all flaking on the walls in the window and a lot of cold coming from the windows really bad stains on the mattress but the towels and bedding was very clean left the portable heater on all nite to keep the room warm"

"We only used the room as a base overnight whilst visiting Lincolnshire showground but the hosts made us feel welcome and showed us around the room on check in. The kitchenette was a nice addition, especially the fridge so we could keep our drinks for the weekend cool overnight. We’ll be looking to book again for next year!"

"Very peaceful stay, considering it was Christmas party/event weekend. Excellent location, walking distance to all the attractions, pubs, bars and restaurants. The room and bathroom were perfect sizes, spotless with good lighting and extra mirrors. Love the toiletries (nice scent and no irritation). Fluffy and soft towels. "A fantastic place to stay. A lovely welcome from the owners, who made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. The room was lovely, bed was comfortable, food was perfect and our dog was able to join us without any extra charges which is really appreciated."
