"The room smelled like someone was smoking inside room for years , came back at night and smelled like weed inside the room! In the morning there was a roach walking on toilet patter and about 4 hours after check out called see if they found my daughters light stick and they put my on hold for 10 mins than took my phone number and never called me back to say anything at all! Besides that Jessica I believe was her name at check out was nice but honestly would never stay here again oh and i forgot could not shower because water was ice cold and wouldn’t heat up so thank God I was only staying over night. This is a never again for me."

"We loved our room which was a studio like suite with kitchen. We very much liked the location.Breakfast was lovely. Parking was fine. We were a little baffled with check in instructions that we had to request to have our room cleaned the day before. So essentially the bathroom got pretty dirty by the time we checked out even though housecleaning did enter the room every few days. My issue was with the pool. It was very dirty with bird droppings on the deck, in the pool and on the chairs. At the end of our stay they put in a high pitched sound devise with a motion detector which would have been fine if they had cleaned everything along with this effort. We did see someone scooping droppings out of the pool on one day but no thorough cleaning seemed to take place. "
