"This was my second time staying at this new hotel. The staff here is very welcoming and friendly people, the hotel is super clean and well lit. Very comfortable place to stay and the sitting right on the marina makes the perfect spot for relaxation. The only issue I have is there is no place to have a cup of coffee or a little breakfast. There’s a third party restaurant on site that only opens for lunch and dinner. "

"This hotel is in the perfect location. The beach is so close and umbrellas and chaise lounges are set up daily for your use. If you want the convenience of the pool, the ocean view is still amazing. Everything is walkable from this hotel with plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping in both directions. I would recommend it 100%."

"The pool area was infested with love bugs in the afternoon. I was at other properties which had them as well, but not like the Edge There were dead ones all over the ground. The entrance to to hotel is from the parking garage. There is nowhere to purchase snacks or cold drinks in the lobby. There is no beach! The rooftop bar was great. Room was clean and serviced nicely. Spent my days at the hotel next door (nicer pool) and nights at Shepards which is the place to stay."

"We were very disappointed staying here after paying about $1500 for a week. Room service was terrible after repeatedly complaining they may just pick up the trash but room was not made up. Property was poorly maintained elevator not functioning for a day. Breakfast was ok but not much seating for the breakfast."

"We had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn & Suites—the front desk staff were excellent, and housekeeping kept our room clean daily. The hotel is centrally located with places to eat, shops and have drinks. The beach is a five-minute leisurely walk from the hotel. We felt safe and enjoyed our stay. Our only negative is, we had both breakfast and lunch Jimmy's Fish House restaurant at the Holiday Inn & Suites but on our last day they only had one waitress, so we walked out. However, we found...
