"I called because I arrived early and asked for early check-in. I was told I have received a phone call in about an hour. I never received a call so I drove to the location, I waited 14 minutes in the lobby for someone from the front desk to come, and the only reason they did is because one of the housekeeping employees went and found her. I explained to her that we had traveled a very long distance and we're looking to do an early check-in and she informed me that she knew because she received my call, we are now an hour and a half since my call and she told me the room wasn't clean yet. I asked her how long it would be.
