"Check-in process was difficult as reception closes at 6;30 pm. We were unaware of this and the instructions for accessing the property after that hour were not clearly indicated. We were able to reach the person in charge of reception by telephone and Vincent resolved the situation quickly. He also discussed ways of improving communication with us the following day. "Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Dodgy, loud clientele, dirty & poorly maintained rooms that stank of cigarettes & a very run down exterior. I was surprised my motorcycle was still there in the morning! Positive points are the room had a heater, so I could dry my wet gear, the shower was warmish & sort of worked, the bed was comfy & sheets were clean. Also the lady who checked me in was nice & helpful & there’s a great bar 2 mins away (La Kaverne) Bar is recommended, hotel is not!"

"It is a three star so don't I didn't expect high quality, but I did expect the shower head to be able to be set in a fixed position (couldn't be fixed) and I would have expected the restaurant they had to be open on a Friday and Saturday night (no explanation as to why not). But aside from that the location is great if you have a car or motor bike and are exploring the Somme region.
