"1 Packet of 2 and 1 shampoo/conditioner. There is no elevator for 2nd floor rooms. Room was good for an overnight stay."

"Location is awesome. Quiet rooms, kept the noise out. Did have a squeaky AC, that was quite annoying all night. Bedding a bit stale, but clean. Would still recommend!! Bed is on the firmer side."

"Breakfast menu was fresh and enough variety. Very friendly staff, location and the views of the mountains. Vineyards were just starting to show the new grape bunches. The swimming pool surrounded by trees, plants and rose bushes 😍"

"The best part of the stay was the food. I had an Indian dish for dinner that was very good and the breakfast buffet was as good as other similar hotel chains. The bar was very old school (dark and dingy) but there was live music. The room however smelled very musty, almost like an old smoking room in hotels from an era ago. The mini fridge was very small and dirty. This might be a good budget choice stay for some, but was not the comfort level in the room that I was looking for."

"Great price for pets. Last minute booking and was perfect for three dogs in the pet room. Right near a doggy court yard. Excellent water pressure in the shower and the staff was great! Thank you! Oh and near the hospital which was why it was a last minute booking. Great location."
