We stayed as a couple on a pleasure trip. We have stayed here many times over the years and I would say that the rooms are need a refresh now. They are clean though. The breakfast was good although the selection seemed smaller then previously. The staff are pleasant and helpful. We would return.

Everything was great but wasn’t impressed with the threadbare carpet in room 452! It let the hotel down.

From the time we arrived, we found check in so easy and Bethany was really pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean and well equipped. Bed was comfortable. River Rooms Nottingham
Property easy to find/park and get into They sent clear instructions of how to get in Room spacious and clean but the loo did have a mouldy water smell The only other issue was the room was freezing, there were two radiators but no thermostat. Shared kitchen was clean and well stocked
