"Even though our first impression as we walked into the lobby wasn't the best, as both ladies at the front desk were glued to their cell phones and looking down, the check-in process went smoothly and quickly. Since we are organized and clean, we aren't ones to require service in our rooms during short-term stays. However, Belkys, the Housekeeper, was excellent in providing a change of towels with a welcoming smile. Her good mornings were sincere and felt like a hug! The breakfast food wasn't to our liking when we tried it the morning after our arrival, but we did enjoy the coffee that was offered on a daily basis; it was strong and always hot! I failed to ask for her name, but the pregnant team member working behind the breakfast buffet was exceptionally welcoming and friendly the days I would see her when getting coffee. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will most definitely stay here again if we come back to Pigeon Forge, TN!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Perry–National Fairground Area. We were delayed by heavy Florida traffic and didn't arrive until around midnight, but the front desk staff couldn't have been more welcoming. Even that late at night, check-in was quick, friendly, and made us feel like valued guests. The hotel was exceptionally clean, our room was comfortable and quiet, and the bed was perfect after a long day on the road. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast the next morning, which offered a nice selection of fresh, hot, and cold items. The location is convenient with easy access to the highway and nearby restaurants, making it an excellent stop for travelers. We truly appreciated the outstanding hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!"
