"The woman at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The room wasn't the cleanest, there was either dust and/or mold on the valance and curtains. The floor was dirty, had to walk around with shoes or flip flops on because my feet were filthy from walking for 5 minutes. Looked like smeared blood on the wall and saw possibly a roach in the room."

"Our outside server was tremendous. I wish I had taken her name. As soon as we arrived she brought water to our dog. We paid cash, however it was fathers day on Sunday and we were about 12-12:30- if you could locate her we would love for you to recognize her for fabulous service and a wonderful smile. Our dog was Sophie in a pink carriage and she is blind. She brought a kids meal for her. Really best service ever!"

"The building and grounds need maintenance. There's rotting window sills and rain damage on the ceiling, spots of bleach on the carpets and the doorknob of a closet came off in my hand. The TV in the room is incredibly small, the size of a computer screen. You don't come to a hotel to watch TV but like showers, you expect a nice experience. The breakfasts were ok, but not great."

"The place is in dire need of a makeover. In the bathroom... No exhaust fan... Hinges and towel racks are rusted... Wall paper is peeling off the walls... Tub/shower faucet is connected wrong. Hot is cold and Cold is hot... Door has noticeable cracks. The front half of the room had no lights. Until this place get renovated, I will not stay there again."

"Staff was rude during check in. Hotel room smells horrendous. Place was dirty. It says “nice dogs” welcome but it was all reactive dogs, barking all day and night. Dog friendly but the place is full of uncleaned dog poop. When I was promoted in the app for a review i left a star, which then made the staff call me at 1030 PM!!! To question my low stars.
