"oh wow, the carpet was tore at the entry to the bathroom, there were burn stains on the curtain and an odd stain on the wall, everything felt "damp" and the room smelled very musty. The carpet felt wet. the hallway floors were uneven and heaving. the sheets appeared to have discoloration."
