In need of maintenance
The cabin was very rustic and provided everything we needed for the stay (we brought our own sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels). However, the cabin was very dirty upon arrival to a point where we questioned if it was cleaned at all. We were also surprised finding only a bunk bed in the cabin (queen on the bottom/twin on top) when the listing showed a queen and a bunk bed. The campground seems very run-down and in need of maintenance. It was supposed to offer a pool (which was closed for maintenance), the mini golf course was there but no place to get clubs from, and the playground was just ok. It really is a shame, because the location is great and the nearby beach just wonderful.

Choose another place
Several things to note: Linens were provided but you had to make the beds yourself. We were shown pictures of a bigger cabin than the one provided. We were only given two pillows for three people. We were only given two towels for three people for three days. There was no WiFi in the campground as it clearly implies in the booking. You had to drive up to the lodge area to get the very slow Wifi. Half the amenities were unavailable to us for half our stay. The last night we did not have water in our cabin at all for showers or toilet, etc and when we called they said they were topping off the pool. There was no door on the bathroom, instead they very poorly hung a shower curtain. The campground is not easy to get in and out of so don't plan on coming and going a lot. Lots of disrepair all around . No bath mat like others have said. TV was really up high and hard to operate. Overall, you are better off at one of the other hotels in town. We chose this for the amenities and because we thought it had Wifi(I had to work on this trip). NOT WORTH THE PRICE.

Rustic Campground
The garbage dumpsters were overflowing when we arrived. To be fair, it was July 6th, two days after a holiday weekend. The campground has construction going on as one enters, the campsites are tight, considerable amt of downed snags. It needs cleaning & sprucing up. It’s a rustic campground. The cabin where we stayed had no bath mat. The blanket was covered with dog fur - not cool. We brought our own bedding thankfully, I would not want to be charged an extra $24/ day. Nice walk to the beach.

Very cozy, beautiful place
The little cabin gives you Quick access to Pacific City and the beautiful beach. The cabin is nestled in a forest of trees. I could not have wanted for anything more.

Puzzled???
Was lead to believe the WiFi was in the cabin and three blocks away.
There needs to be better and more directional signs to guide you to your cabin and other areas of importance.
It truly is a wonderful place. It’s hard to find your spot up for a special at night time given the minimal lighting to no hard to find your spot up for special at night time given the minimal lighting to none at night time and visible signage but you’ll get the hang of it the next day . I highly recommend place.

Nice, clean cottage
We stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage. It was new and clean and the kitchen was well-supplied. It is quite small (maybe 300sf) but that's ok. As far as the campground as a whole, it could use some maintenance. All of the machines in the gameroom were out of service. The miniature golf is fun but needs repair and the veteran campers knew to bring their own putters - good advice. There are stickers in the grass EVERYWHERE! Not sure if spraying could be done to cut down on these but our poor dogs had quite a time and we helped some kids who had gotten them everywhere. Overall, a nice place to stay, very close to the beach and town and we would probably stay there again.
We stayed in a cottage in a perfect set up camp ground that doesn't fit the average camp ground six star rating. Staff and park rangers are the best ever and very helpful. We were told you can also buy into a ownership and leave your trailers on your spot. They have yurts and cottages to rent. Very well laid out. Just loved it
Scenic spot with convenient access to a beautiful beach. We stayed in one of the cabins and were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. Everything was clean and new. It had a tiny house feel which we appreciated. We didn't visit the clubhouse.
Wonderful campground setting. Had a problem with booking-I had been upgraded to a more deluxe cabin but I wanted the non deluxe standard because dogs are allowed in the standard but not the deluxe. The manager worked it out very nicely for us.
It was hard to find the location in the dark.
We enjoyed the campground. Nice walk to the beach. Had fun in the pool and playing putt putt golf. The cabin was cozy and clean with everything we needed.
We had a fantastic time! The cabin, #14, was wonderful and fit our needs perfectly. Our neighbors were curteous, and each site is pretty secluded! The trail to the beach was fun and an easy hike for the kids. The pool wasn't as clean as we'd hoped, but it was swimmable! Loved the mini golf and pickleball! So much to do. One night was clearly not enough.
