"Not what we expected very surprised to find loo and bathroom on ground floor and shared with all inhabitants of the house. So surprised during a pandemic that only used things to a minimum also no hand gel provided. Do not feel house was made to be a BnB more like barging into someone's private house."

We continued driving and ended up sleeping in car. We did not cancel and requested refund, this was refused Needless to say will never use again"
