"Absolutely disgusting room The carpet was horrible I wouldn't even put my luggage on the floor. The outlets were coming out of the wall. The shower was filled with black mold and all the faucets were coming out of the wall . The toilet wasn't even attached to the floor. The towels were stained and disgusting..The only plus side is that I didn't wake up with bed bugs "

"Enjoyable stay.clean rooms and staff very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would say is there should be a card on how to use the remote for the tv.we couldn't figure out how to lower the volume until my husband asked the receptionist in the morning. Also at breakfast there were a few men there who did not know how to use the waffle maker. I know the instructions were there on the counter but how many men read instructions?? Maybe put them on the wall above the waffle maker so they can see...

"Apon arrival something that looked like vomit on the carpet.Was cleaned by staff after a couple hours. Have stayed here the past several years but it has deteriorated to a point that I wont stay at this location again."

"Clean room and kind and friendly staff. The room was fine but the building itself was rather dated. Excellent location, very close to Hershey Park and many dining/shopping options. I’d definitely stay there again, very good value for the money."

"Had an overnight stay here. My kids were pumped about the indoor pool; however, the pool was very crowded and loud. Our room overlooked the pool too, which was a little creepy but more importantly, VERY loud until 10pm. Overall, experience was fine, but I would imagine guests would like to know if they will be subject to screams/yells from the pool in their hotel room."

"The staff was very pleasant. My room was very clean and quite a large suite. And it was cleaned when we returned. The breakfast was good, but just remember to ensure the oatmeal stays warm, it was cold. Everything else was fresh. I would definitely stay there again. "
