"AC was very good"

"The hotel was lovely. The reception area is quite small so if another party is lingering it feels crammed. The theme is lovely. I was travelling with my daughter and we loved our little room. We loved that the water-closet was in a separate room and the fact that it was a lovely tub and shower was a treat bc the weather was quite damp. We did not get to use the pool unfortunately. It looked really nice. We also did not do breakfast as I find the cost not worth it. My only complaint about...

"Very polite and helpful staff. We travelled with children and were exhausted upon our arrival so we ordered food in. Hermes was extremely helpful and received and sent the food up with cutlery. The pool was stunning. It was right in the centre and clean. 100 percent recommend. 🙂"

"The room was clean and big for a Paris hotel. The location was excellent - on a quiet street but also near many lively cafes, several metro stops, and a major train station. The staff was very kind and helpful - our room was upgraded at no additional charge and they helped secure early morning taxi transport to the airport. We would definitely stay here again!"

"What a delightful hotel! I booked the top floor room with a balcony and little living room. Totally worth it! Very quiet at night with double pane windows. Everything was spotless and the front desk was very kind to me with my bad French. An unexpected discovery was the hotel is right around the corner from the set of "Emily in Paris" including Emily Cooper's apartment, Gabriel's restaurant and the Boulangerie. If you are a fan of the show, it was so fun! Definitely recommend."

"The room was comfortable except for the pillows which were awful. The elevator stops between floors so be prepared for at least a half flight up or down to get to your room. The breakfast was horrible. They kept running out of scrambled eggs, the bacon and sausage were undercooked. It was not staffed correctly, we had to search for clean plates and silverware. "Quiet location away from crazy congestion found in attraction areas. Layout of suite was a little strange with toilet area away on other side of living room from main bathroom but we got used to it. Large coffee table was in the pathway so we had to scoot sofa to make room to walk to bathroom. Didn’t try breakfast at hotel as we opted to look for cafes and boulangeries nearby. Overall room was clean and we liked location which seemed more residential. "

"Aside from the location, the staff was the best! Everyone was courteous and helpful. Thais was amazing!!! She went above and beyond to make our stay special and pleasant. She was kind, attentive and professional. We needed more towels, and within minutes our towels were delivered as they were always dry clean towels and a tidy room everyday. Our room was basic, no opulence or frills, but always clean, comfortable and quiet as any guest would like."
