"I was not really happy with the room I was given. I booked a normal room, but received a room for an impaired person. I was put in room 1. The shower was a wet floor shower, which was not too bad, but the bed was terrible. The mattress had collapsed and I ended up sleeping ( actually I didn't sleep) in a dip, ended up with body aches."

"Great location for visiting Sandringham. Breakfast not included in room fee. My husband likes to read and write in morning. There was no desk in the room and no access to open areas in the facility. Being located “right next” to the road, with the bed on that wall, it was noisy. Double pained windows on that wall would help. "

"The staff were all absolutely wonderful, and we really enjoyed both the breakfast and the dinner at the adjoining pub. The Church next to the venue is well worth a visit, and there is a small relatively well stocked shop just a two minute walk away. Parking was very easy with plenty of space to choose from. "The Andel Lodge was a gem of a find! My sister and I stayed there on Tuesday 19th May and we were so impressed with everything! The decor was lovely, everywhere was spotlessly clean and our twin room was so cute! The staff were great, especially Theresa who really looked after us well, along with our aunt, uncle and cousin who were also staying there as we had a family funeral to go to. The food in the restaurant was stunning to and the breakfast very good. Overall a 10 out of 10 for...

Initially the astetics of arriving at the pub/hotel looked promising and the ambiance of the bar area pleasent with polite reception staff.The room (4) was at first site ok, but a more detailed look revealed a more dirty aspect and not as expected. The windows slatted blind very dusty, corner of the bathroom by the door, grime. Black mold in the shower around the metal shelf, the shower head holder broken and loosy fitted the drooping shower head. Under the bed...

"We stayed for one night in an annex. Room was comfortable and clean with a few minor niggles e.g. the lock on the bathroom. Breakfast was a good choice of cold and hot options. Worth booking in advance for a discount. Location was good, easy walk into Mildenhall where there are plenty of cafes and restaurants. We would stay again if in the area."

"Sian, the landlady is wonderful -- friendly and extremely helpful. Hotel's.com said there are laundry facilities but this is not true. BUT Sian did our laundry for us. We stayed in the annex but no one who was mobility problems, or is tall or heavy should stay there -- it is difficult to maneuver under the low ceilings. "
