"The views from this hotel are hard to beat. That being said, that is the only thing i would give 5 stars. The chairs by the pool are so hard to get because so many of them are only for rent, making it difficult for parents with littles to actually be close to their children to keep an eye on them. The upholstery in the dining areas, the curtains, the seating in the lobby ALL had massive stains on them and was so gross looking. There is a smell they are trying to pump through the lobby but it is...

"Front staff were personable and engaging. Breathe of fresh air honestly. Customer service has gone out the door since Covid. Room was very spacious, bed comfy. Would definitely stay again!"

"Great location. Room and bed were clean. Bar at pool was convenient and nice. View from room 224 partial view was good with a cool little balcony. Can't see the beach but ocean and pier is nice. Bad timing on our part, party weekend for seniors so drunk teens slamming doors and talking excessively loud intermittently in the hallway directly in front of our door until 3am was a little frustrating but I was young once, didn't try to spoil it for them. "The breakfast in the morning was great always stocked and fresh.The cleaning crew was excellent they help with anything i needed.The pool and hot tub area was always clean and the only problem waa the hot tub on our last night wouldnt heat up but that was the only issue with that area. The only thing i had a problem with was one woman at your front desk that i checked in with and out with was very rude when i checked in and also when i went to the desk the next day to ask for some more coffee...
