for over a week and we all loved it. Enjoyed that it’s a little outside the main action of Puerto… there’s some stuff to do within walking distance but you’ll need a taxi or bike to do other things. Stayed in a

suite which has direct access to one of the pools and is basically across the street from the beach. The suite was perfect for us and we didn’t mind getting a bit of noise from the neighbouring restaurants. The outside noise seemed to wrap up...

"The place is ok, a little over rated in my opinion. One has to get out of the car to open gate to get into a small parking space. They woke me up early on Sunday morning to move my car, cause I was the last one in the parking space last night and someone wanted to leave, so I had to get up to move my car. They were very rude about it. So parking is an issue, as it was raining hard and had to get out to open and close gate also."

"The property was cute but the room was not -- it had some kind of debris falling from the ceiling and onto the the bed, which was worrisome. Not sure if it was dust, wood, or pest waste. No air conditioning and there's wi-fi in the restaurant area, which is hundreds of feet away from the rooms. Dinner not always available (there was a private event that precluded other guests from having dinner) but did have a good breakfast."

(with a 7 and 12 year old) loved this property. The villa was spacious and clean. We were right on the beach and could easily walk up and down the beach for miles. The Spicy Coconut was fabulous for dinner! But the breakfast was just okay. I would gladly stay here again. It was clean, relaxing, and just a short ride to the center of puerto viejo."

"I am not sure if we received VIP. perks but the property, food, staff, and room were awesome. It was like a little oasis in a bustling but laid back area. The restaurant, Gigi’s, was lovely and the staff were so friendly. The food options were flavourful and the entertainment made it extra special. Great staff in reception and housekeeping, too. Beautiful pool area. "

"The place is 200 m from Playa Chiquita entrance (cars can only go about 100 m, then it's end road and you have to walk anyway). They have a nice restaurant inside the property with really good food and you can avoid the crowds in town. Excellent place to rest and the staff is super kind."
