"This is a wonderful hotel. They organised our transfer from the airport and we were able to buy breakfast when we arrived and use the pool until our room was ready in the afternoon. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute walk to the town, although there are lots of restaurants closer. The staff were very friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend Hotel Villa Del Sol."

"We had a wonderful stay at Toro Blanco and would definitely return! The room was clean and spacious with all the necessities. AC worked great, microwave for leftovers and a mini fridge with a working freezer which was great for us since love ice cold water lol The pool was awesome and the hotel is just steps from the beach which was the highlight. Only a few things which would make this a 5 star rating. There were red ants that would make their way into the washroom and on the walls, nothing too crazy but I would recommend placing some ant traps for these to get rid of the issue. Also having the pool bar be functional would be a great addition even if just beer and wine. Have a water dispenser working well will also be a great addition. Those minor things being said, we would definitely return to this hotel on our next visit to Playa Coco! "

"Clean and very well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great location: across from grocery store; 5 minute walk to restaurants and gift shops. 10 mins to beach. An amazing experience and will return."

"This listing is misleading. The hotel is pretty run down. The pool and "beach club" were not available - they told us the pool was not working. There is a fridge in the room but there is no coffee pot or teapot. It's a very basic hotel. More like a motel. It is 2 blocks from the beach. They do not have a restaurant - they give you a wristband to get breakfast at a restaurant across the street and it was not good. We would not stay here again. Also the young girl at the front desk was not very knowledgeable and could use more training. "
