"There is a large car park but it can get busy at peak times. Register your car at the bar. Our fourth visit in the last year. We like it. Staff, food, atmosphere and location. There are a few maintenance issues that could be addressed, e.g. dripping taps, shower door off runners and touch up of decor in places. We expect to return."

Bathroom window had a blind but no blackout curtain, and the bathroom door had a window, so light from outside streamed into bedroom and woke me up earlier than I'd planned. "Staff nice , plenty of parking "

"I chose to stay at this property due to the location, for that it was perfect, extremely close proximity to Nottingham and a great stop off on my journey. The downsides. First off, given the price of the room, I wasn't expecting much at £80 a night, but I certainly was expecting more. "Stayed here for a wedding as a family of four. Very nice room, a little bit on the expensive side but weighing up a taxi home 40 miles and breakfast it worked out about the same. Breakfast was very good. The drinks at the bar were a bit on the expensive side at £8 a pint but what can you do "

"The room was spotless,comfortable and well equipped. Loved the under floor heating in the bathroom. Sunday dinner was very good and Breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay here again. "
