Someone's garage swelt old

The spar was off n wasn't told it would b b4 booking, ensuit was so small when husband used toilet he nearly had to stand in shower.For $20 more could of stayed at a resort up the road

喜出望外

地方整潔舒適，環境優美，沒想到竟然就在屋外有游泳池，真喜出望外！ 而負責人亦非常友善，很晚入住也沒怨言。

1 bedroom apartment BEWARE

Close or beach & shopping centre. Unfortunately the positives stop there. It is a converted garage with very old amenities, windows & sink cupboards were certainly on need of a clean. BBQ was covered in rat/bird poo so not very inviting & the first thing we were greeted with was a very rusty air con at the front door. Janet the owner was very pleasant as was her husband whom we dealt with on the phone. The first night ther were other tenants upstairs who were still entertaining at 3am! The next day was change over and the tenants started a pool party at lunchtime which continued to the early hours of the morning. I realize the accom was cheap but this is not acceptable for other tenants. If we were to use the pool we had to walk past the other areas so no privacy. We were very disappointed to say the least.

Relaxed

Bed not great and it’s old. But it has everything you need and more. The location is wonderful. the owner is great. And it just feels so relaxed here. I have already booked in again for my return journey.

beautiful place to stay, walk to the beach or shop

Enjoyed our stay there very much, customer service was amazing kitchen very functional, beautiful pool and spa. walk to the beach or shops. BBQ facilities provided for each apartment. Would highly recommend staying here you wont find a better place for the price :).

We feel misled by the Expedia ad, would have chosen other hotel if we know better. We were offered another alternative by the hotel staff with a little extra cost, the extra cost is not the matter, the matter is by that time you are already stuck with the booking and the limited alternative offered. We understand the hotel staff are trying their best to make our stay pleasant despite the disappointment, however we would have felt a lot better if we know the real condition of the place before booking is made.

Ambience apartments

Accomodation was in a good area and easily accessible. Only 100m to Diggers beach. Good size unit whoever King bed was uncomfortable and shower screen in second bedroom was cracked and door broken. Otherwise all was good. Fantastic pool and spa right outside unit. Great BBQ facilities just outside unit. Quiet location

Great location

Unit was very spacious however facility was rather dated. House was in great location and owners very accomodating. A little over priced however was Xmas holiday

Nice budget apartment

The hotel is just around the corner from the big banana and diggers beach there are also shops right down the road, it has all the amenities for a self contained unit and has a really nice outdoor spa. The accommodation is dated but it has everything required and is priced for what you are getting.

Excellent location, cheap accommodation

Thank you to Graham & Janette. Excellent service, very accommodating and very helpful. A nice clean cheap room to stay in. Quiet and private. A little outdated but for the money....cannot be beaten. My wife and I use hotels for purely sleep, not for lounging around in so it suited us perfectly.

Nice accomodation & close to the beach

We booked this accomodation as it was close to a function in Coffs Harbour we were attending. The property is a converted double garage & close to the beach. It wasn't expensive to stay here & was clean & comfortable for the price we payed. It has a king size bed with comfy pillows & lovely bedsheets so we had a good nights sleep.
