However, on arrival we were told that spa access for hotel guests is not guaranteed, as day spa and twilight bookings can take priority. This came as a surprise because the spa is presented as a complimentary amenity at the time of booking on the Expedia listing, with no indication that access may depend on...

"The room was nice and clean, but dated but nice. One thing that did annoy me, there was a breakfast menu that u hang outside your door to get breakfast to your room. I filled it out and put it on my door and no body took the order, they slid a bar bill under my door though but didn't take the order so that wasn't great. "

The drinks were a tad on the pricey side, but the mid week room price including spa access was excellent value for money. Would come here again in heartbeat. "
