This property is conveniently located next to tourist attractions, food, and shopping, and is walkable from the railway station. The studio was equipped with all the amenities required to stay. The only downside was the lack of space to open the suitcase.

The room was very small and kitchenette uncomfortable to use due to tight layout. Staff, when visible were nice. Parking is remote and given traffic, not so easy to load/unload bags. Clean, close to main square and many shops close.by

Easy access to most things with good help on site

Great location, close to Santa Cruz and some good shopping just beyond. Thanks to Ricardo who was on site most days for advice and assistance. The university is just up the hill. Overall, we were very satisfied, but we did have a couple challenges. They said the best parking is at the market which is just around the corner, but it's a construction site right now and you can't just leave the vehicle. It was better for us to park at the Convento São Francisco just across the river which is free, for now. No vehicle, no problem. The room was a bit small, and we ran out of hot water a couple times. That's it for the challenges. Great place to stay for a couple for a few days.

The property was great. We walked to it from Station B carrying our luggage and it had just finished raining. The room was beautiful, and had nice amenities including fridge and stove, a great shower, and excelllent air conditioning that you could set. We quickly found excellent bakeries within walking distance, great coffee shops, reasonably priced restaurants with delicious fresh food, and a wide variety of places to drink or get gelato - all within walking distance. The hosts are very good at explaining things or telling you where to find a charger for your cell phone, etc. Coimbra is a lovely city with a friendly vibe and there is music everywhere at night. What a wonderful way to live. (P.S. Get sturdy walking shoes or close fitting sandals, and sunscreen. The sun is powerful there, and you might buy a beautiful Portugese hat to help with temperature control.
