"Staff was super friendly. Our room was clean, the hallway smelt nice. Even tho the pool is in the middle of the hotel, it doesn’t have a strong chlorine smell. Breakfast was okay, sausage was burnt on one side and eggs were watery but I have had worse at other places. Overall the hotel was great, super clean and very quiet."

"The hot tub / spa had great jet strength but lacked in temperature which was probably a good thing since the timer was broken. The hotel out did themselves for their breakfast with hot and cold choices."

"Didn’t use the breakfast - A/C was fine.
Adjoining room door did not lock The safety latch was all that prevented it from opening to the next room.
NO HOT water for a shower until the water ran while I showered in lukewarm water for 20 minutes - very frustrating- just about to step out of the shower and the water was finally turning hot.
The room was clean - the TV volume had to be turned all the way up before it was at a level you could hear it.
They had remodeling notes up but I don’t see how that could affect the hot water and TV sound "

"I will not lie-we got worried when we pulled up-places right around there all closed-BUT wow, these rooms were so clean and smelled so fresh!! Breakfast was awesome especially free!
Pool was closed-no biggie to us werent there for that.
Bar in lobby-fresh cookies anytime and coffee round the clock!
Super happy oh and half the price "

"Older building but with visible renovations. Very quiet with friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean. I didn’t consume any breakfast here as it was a continental breakfast and I prefer a fuller meal. Breakfast area/lobby also tidy. I always stay here when I’m in Hillsdale and will continue to do so."
