"I'm a Hilton Honors member but I didn't get any points or discounts because I used a third party to book. I didn't know that would happen!!! The water in the tub did not drain properly, and I was charged incorrectly for some snacks. Staff said they were correcting but it still showed on my credit card statement. I thought for the cost of a one night stay, breakfast would be complimentary but it was $22.00 :( It was a nice Hilton but there were definitely some things not right."

"This hotel is outdated. The rooms are hard to keep clean bc of normal wear and tear. The sheets don’t even fit the king beds. So each morning I woke with part of the bed exposed. Location is what attracts folks to this property but it is challenging to say the least. We experienced down elevators, broken gates in the parking garage and bubbling toilets and every time we turned on the faucets there was a grumbling loud noise. "I was there 7 days and my room was "barely" cleaned once. I asked every single day and they said it would be done and it never was when we returned in the evening time. The one time it was, they didnt even sweep or vacuum the floors. Basically the beds were made and new towels left. They claim that it is done "every other day" but that was NOT the case for us. Kitchen area is minimally stocked with cooking items - 1 small pot and a pan. The people at the front desk during the day time...

"The staff was super helpful. I had to change rooms because my AC didn’t work. I think the room I was moved to was a “last resort” room. The paint was peeling, the shower wall was peeling, the drain was broken and there wasn’t any soap. The staff made up for the unpleasant aspects."

Our door to our room was broken, we reported it immediately, but nothing was done. Much more than an inconvenience to me and my fiancé. "We booked our stay well in advance for a family event. Checked in early, and was told a crib for our infant would be up in a few minutes. Two hours later at the crib did not arrive. We stopped by the front desk again and they told us the crib would be right up another hour later they told us they would have to check with another hotel to borrow a crib. Another hour and a half later, they told us that we would not be able to get a crib. What were we supposed to do with our infant? They advise...
