El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación, es muy bonito, pero como ya tiene algunos años llega a tener pequeños detalles por ejemplo en mi habitación el lavamanos se estancaba el agua; el personal siempre es muy amable y dispuesto a apoyarte.

Las habitaciones no tienen una adecuada presencia, sin un vaso ni agua para beber. Un jaboncillo de hotel de cuarta, sin teléfono en la habitación, en general deprimente la estancia . Lo único rescatable la gentileza de su personal en general.

Lo que no me gustó es que llevan años con el mismo sistema de mezclador tina regadera el cual cuesta mucho trabajo utilizar, y la habitación que me tocó todavía con televisor de caja antigua, creo que estos 2 detalles que señalo no van con el precio y prestigio de la cadena a la cual se sujetan.

Me gustó la ubicación y precio del hotel, pero me decepcionó su mal servicio, sobre todo: en las tres noches que estuve hospedada, nunca funcionó el teléfono fijo, lo reporté pero no lo arreglaron. El control de TV no funcionaba y el último día se fundió el foco del baño. Te atienden como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor. El buffet bueno a secas.

Halfway during the stay there was a noticeable decrease in staff. Then the laundry system broke. 10 day stay and no clean towels or bed sheets. Pool went into disrepair by getting algae because one was cleaning the pool. No signs were posted and other guests used the disgusting pool that was certainly a health hazard. They did a great job decorating for holiday. But unfortunately it was lipstick on a pig.
