"Booked hotel through a search engine, the family room sizes in the photographs sold it to me. As we approached, the exterior didn’t look all that but we were pleasantly surprised and wowed when we walked inside. Such an elegant and upmarket entrance area. On arrival, staff were friendly and helpful and even presented my two children with complimentary teddy bears which went down a treat!
We stayed here for one night as a family of four. The room was spacious and comfortable and both children enjoyed a bath during our stay. We decided to relax at the hotel rather than heading out on day 1. We ate dinner downstairs and it was absolutely delicious! Children ate for half price, too which was even better.
A good night’s sleep. The trains run right below the hotel and on floor 6 we weren’t disturbed at all. Breakfast was served in Minsky’s and although busy, it was quick and easy. The food was amazing and so much choice. We will definitely return as we enjoyed our stay so much.
This time we went to London Zoo which was a short walk from the hotel, hence choosing this location. A great day out if you are looking for something to do as a family, nearby!
