"During my three-day, two-night stay, I found cockroaches in the room and the shower. I also noticed that the toilet was not properly secured and shook noticeably when used, which could pose a potential safety hazard. I thought it would be helpful to bring these issues to your attention so they can be resolved for future guests. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. The portions were generous, the food was fresh, and I was very satisfied."
