"The staff was incredibly sweet and accommodating to our kids. Everything was clean and as it should be if a little outdated. The Christmas decorations in the lobby and garden were a real plus for the kids. Our waiter was especially wonderful at dinner and breakfast I wish i remembered his name. Great ..."

"Staff are lovely. Hotel restaurant is amazing. Had to pay extra to upgrade room. Be careful when packing stairwells are very tight . Difficult to navigate. Elevator available very tight, understandably not North American standards."
