We did use the hotels transportation by car from the airport and then 3 days later to the port of Citivecchia and was pleased by the level of service and kindness as well as punctuality. We also received an upgrade at check in which was very nice. Beds super comfortable, beautiful artwork and building. Breakfast was also a nice touch. All the staff were friendly and helpful, thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"This hotel is in a great location. Easy walk to/from Termini station. You can also walk to the Colosseum, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps etc. Lots of restaurants close by and authentic gelato nearby too. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food which we appreciated. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. We have stayed here twice and would stay again. "
