"The property is a VRBO Style not a hotel. We had problems finding the place initially and had to call Pauline who was very helpful and came out so our Uber driver could get us to the property. Very nice pool and jacuzzi. Our room had a beautiful jetted jacuzzi tub and fancy steam shower. Location is very well situated and about 8 minute walk to the pope Palace and adjacent restaurants."

"We loved our stay! The room was beautifully decorated, the bed a real king sized bed, the renovation thoughtful both in use of space and with beautiful old details left to shine. A plant filled courtyard and intimate breakfast room and lounge. Real glasses for enjoying the cold rosé. A beautiful stay. Add to that a bustling residential neighborhood just outside the tourist center, in the oldest building in Avignon and extremely welcoming hosts! Highly recommended"

"We were NOT happy with the overall experience at the property. The main reason for this is the less than satisfactory state of the bathroom and a few other things. "Excellent stay at Best Western Plus Avignon – Highly recommended! We just stayed at the Best Western Plus Avignon and overall found it to be a very good hotel in a convenient location. The breakfast was excellent — fresh, varied, and one of the highlights of our stay. The indoor pool and sauna were amazing and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
